This is so frustrating , especially when each hours is so important for our preparation for exams. Why Wiley support service has to perform maintenance during exam time. Why cant they do maintenance service when the testing window is closed?

I especially took a week of to do non stop MCQ in Wiley test bank , i am just a week away form my test . Its so frustrating that there website would be down during my preparation time.

Why Wiley don’t value the candidates’ time when every hour and second counts during the preparation??? urgghh !

While I agree with you and I myself was planning on doing nonstop questions on Monday as well, they have some major updates they need to do that I think will be beneficial to us in studying. Yes, it may be better for them to wait until a closed window but they may feel that these updates can't wait until that time.

I am on the student advisory board for Wiley and I know that they are trying to make the test bank better for us and more user friendly in a number of areas as well as some other updates and it will only be down for a portion of the day. They will get it back up and running earlier than 5 pm if it is complete prior to that. Maybe you could use that time to work some of the aicpa released questions that can be found if you do a google search or from cpareviewforfree.com

Since you are preparing with Wiley Test Bank Online for REG, I have a question: how do you see the explanations for SIMs? I was not able to see the correct/incorrect answers after I answer each SIM. And I have that “!” button in the black, which they say you should do in order to turn on explanations for SIMs. MCQ were OK, but the SIMs seem to have a malfunction.

It works fine for me. when I am finished working the sim I press done at the bottom of the page and the box with the answer pops up. Maybe you should try using a different browser and see if it works then, or maybe your java needs to be updated.

I'm actually a bit glad. After the maintenance, most likely we will get features like “offline use & android smartphone access.”
