I have taken BEC previously and worked most of Wiley questions in the test bank. Since I need to retake BEC I want to reset the history and re-do all questions.

There is no way to delete the history.

I have opened a ticket with technical Support and spent 1 hr with them, raised the issue with the software developers and they can not delete the history. I was just assured that this will be considered in future versions.

For instance, if I want to do MQ, although I can exclude from the my assessments whatever sessions I want, the history will still be there. If I select questions “not seen”, I will only get questions that I have never seen, even though I excluded all the ones I have worked previously when I sat for the exam.

It’s frustrating that I can not clear the history and see what my progress is now, not cumulative since I started to study for BEC.
