Hey folks!

I purchased the Wiley Test bank from an online bookstore and the activation code is invalid. Has anyone ever experienced this? I purchased it for AUD and I have never has this issue with REG or BEC. Do you think Wiley can fix it or should I handle it through the bookstore that I purchased from?
