Can anyone tell me if the Wiley CPA Exam Review 2012 Test Bank CD: Complete Exam includes all the questions from the Wiley Exam Review Books or it’s a supplement to the books which includes additional questions? I also understand that the software does not expire but there is limit to update from the internet of new additional questions. Would anyone please confirm this.

It has the same questions plus additional questions.

If you download the software to your desktop it will not expire. You can download all of the questions to your desktop too. There is no limit in how many you can download, you just have to do it multiple times, there is a limit to the number you can download each time. After the subscription expires, from my understanding, you will still have access to everything you downloaded, but not online or any updates.

MCLKT, Thank You for your reply. I think I will most likely stick to buying Wiley books as a supplement to Becker but might change my mind. I just don't like to do questions on the computer because i get tired or distracted quickly.
