I was struggling with this for quite some time, and finally decided to utilize Wiley’s live chat for help.

Background:

I went through all of the REG questions, and in the process had saved the reports. Now, I want to delete all that data, start from scratch, and go through all those questions again (by using the “select questions not seen yet” option). I deleted all the reports in the My Assessments tab. I went to the My Reports…Manage Sessions tab, and didn’t see an option to delete those reports. So I excluded them. I went in to take a practice test, with questions not seen yet, and bam…it wouldn’t let me.

After my discussion with Wiley’s live chat, it appears there’s no way to delete the excluded reports in the Manage Session tab, in other words, there’s no way to start over. From what I was told, once you do a question, it keeps that in your history, even if you delete the reports from the assessments tab.

Wiley, please fix this
