    Wiley Question –

So i don’t know if this is a problem that everyone has experience or just me.

Unless I specifically exclude the business law topics I get at least 65% of them for questions. This is regardless of which method I use(pop quiz/test/practice)

It’s kind of frustrating that it isn’t set up to be more representative of the actual exam(more tax questions).

Has anyone else come across this? If so, is there a work around besides just having to exclude the business law from my topics.

    Any feedback would be appreciated

    FAR - 74, 76
    BEC - 77(expires 5/24/12)
    REG 71, 72, 78
    AUD - 69, 72, Retake 5/23/12...78!! FINISHED!!

Yep, I experienced the same frustration with Wiley on REG. The only workaround I could manage was to exclude those sections from my practice sessions. They're important concepts to know, but tt's definitely disproportionate to the actual exam, and could really detract from someone's preparation.

I remember doing some sessions of 20 MCQs and getting only 3-4 non-B-law questions. The actual exam is probably the inverse of that. It's too bad.

    AUD - 79
    BEC - 88
    REG - 87
    FAR - 86 - Woot, all done!
    Ethics - 100

You have a couple options. One, you've already mentioned…specifically excluding those questions pertaining to law. Two, select the option to only see questions you have not seen before. If you've seen many law questions, you might be able to exclude those you've already seen…slowly getting down to more tax questions.

    AUD: 07/11/11 - Passed
    BEC: 08/27/11 - Passed
    FAR: 01/17/12 - Passed
    REG: 04/30/12; Re-take 7/16/12 - Passed

    FINISHED!!!!!!!!
