Hi everyone,

I am taking FAR in 6 days, preparing with Roger, and I am pretty confused as to my progress.

For those who have used Wiley and/or Roger, do the Wiley Online Test Bank questions seem easier to you than the questions in the Wiley book?

I have been doing online questions all day and scoring pretty well (59%), but I am wondering if it is because the questions are easier than the Wiley Book questions.

What have been your experiences with using the Wiley Online Test Bank to prepare?

Should I just go back to the book or do the questions seem “easier” because I somewhat know what I’m doing?

I've used Wiley book and testbank exclusively. I think the book questions are generally harder than the test bank. The book questions seem to really focus in on the material and ask very specific questions about pretty much every single concept.

The testbank asks some specific questions but generally seem to focus on a narrower set of concepts.

That said, Wiley Test bank has had me very prepared for each of my exams. I scored about 10 points higher on the exam than what I ended up scoring on the testbank. I'm a big beliver in the testbank. If you can pass there, you can pass the exam.

I second the above poster comments.

Also, there is some overlap between book and online questions. But I like to do the book homework and the appendix in the back.

Also, not to be discouraging, but 59% 6 days away from your test isn't exactly “scoring pretty well”.

FWIW, I strongly encourage you to keep working those MCQ, in practice mode like there is not tomorrow.

Read all of the explanations as you work through. And take notes on difficult concepts.
