I have purchased the Wiley online test bank for BEC from you. Every time I try to login and run the software the following message is displayed. Strangely the most updated Java is installed in the system. Is there any changes in the settings that needs to be done?

The test bank requires Java plugin. It is either disabled or not installed.

To install the Java plugin, click on ‘Install’ button and follow the on-screen instructions.

You may need to restart the browser after plugin installation

I also used the Wiley test bank to study for FAR. My laptop updated to IE9, which is somewhat incompatible with Java. There are some bugs that need worked out. I installed Firefox and used it instead of Internet Explorer and it fixed the problem immediately.
