I bought regulation Wiley test bank couple of months back and had the offline version installed. Now I have bought the auditing test bank however am not able to sync the offline version for it. I just see regulation, can anyone help! I have been on hold with wiley customer care support since past mins15 and still waiting for a CS.

I'm running into the exact same issue here, I can't see BEC and it is my most recent subscription since I installed the offline player! I'm uninstalling the offline bank and deleting all the associated download files, re-installing fresh, and crossing my fingers! I'll let you know if that works!

Success!!! Deleted and uninstalled EVERYTHING associated with the old offline player, reinstalled from scratch, and it worked! BEC is there and ready to use for tomorrow! Give that a try and I hope that works for you too!

Thank mintsrgood! Worked for me too. My previous reports are all gone and I was hoping if I sync it to the online version it will get updated but the sync is not working .

Another way to fix this is to do a few MCQ on the section that already appears in the Offline version, then tell it to sync. The new section will show up then. That's how I always got new sections to show up, and it's easier then uninstall/re-install.
