Anyone else using Wiley or CPAExcel having issues with the website?

I was in the middle of doing multiple choice, ended my study session, and then I received website certificate error. I can’t even get the site to load anymore due to security certificate problems.

Just curious if it’s only a problem on my end or a much larger problem?

Hi All,

I have been unable to access the site as well. I think the material on Wiley and the instructors are great but my experience with actually accessing and using said material (watching the videos, doing the practice problems, etc.) has been sub par. I think it likely is because they have changed the user interface recently. But it's been several months since that change and they need to step their game up. Especially seeing as most of the users are under time constraints.

Down for me too. They have had issues since they switched to the new interface with the material. The previous version was much more stable. I'm sure they will figure it out in time. Luckily at least some of the material can be accessed offline.

Also, don't forget that they just re-released the MCQ app in the Apple app store last month. It's actually pretty good to use if you can't do the MCQ on your computer right now.

Mine is working…I've complained a few times on Facebook and every time they respond the next day or so saying it's been fixed. Also, someone posted on FB that has been working for me better is to go on their website using incognito mode on Google Chrome. That's what I'm on now and my test bank is working albeit a little slow.

Down for me as well, REG tomorrow. I'm over these system breaks. Anyone know what the correct support email is? I always get kickback emails when I try to contact their support.
