Wiley Question –

Anyone else having trouble accessing you account? Giving me an error message saying that I’m trying to access a section I don’t have access to (But which I clearly do have access to).

Yes, I am having the same problem. I've tried calling the help desk and it is either busy or keeps me on hold long enough to force me to leave a message. Also tried the online chat and received an email saying that the recipient (being Wiley) did not receive the message. I can access the test bank though.
Hope it is fixed soon!

My friend & I are also having the same issue! Glad to know we're not alone, but still pretty annoyed…

Good call on the test bank. I'm able to get into mine as well. But still, not being able to get into the lessons themselves is super annoying. I don't have the slack time to wait for them to get around to fixing this issue. Wiley software has been a headache the last few months with them updating their systems.

Check yours again. Mine (for whatever reason) let me into my lesson plan. Let's hope they got this fixed!
