Wiley CPA Test Bank won’t provide explanations

I just bought the Wiley 2012 Test Bank software for FAR. The write up at Amazon said that explanations are provided for all questions. I tried it and I could not get any explanations. Furthermore, I could not get even an answer to which parts of my Simulations were right or wrong. When I contacted them I got an emailed response that Wiley does not have the functionality to provide eplanations as to why a question is right or wrong. Then they closed my question.

I think you have to turn the functionality “on”. Look for the option in the upper right menu…
