Hi,

So, I attempted to take the CPA exam in 2011. I used Becker 2011 materials and took FAR however, I didn’t pass. I still have my Becker books from 2011. I have a few questions:

1. Are my 2011 Becker books too outdated by now?

2. Should I get the Wiley CPA review books vs CPAexcel books? (I’m really not trying to pay alot)

3. Which supplements to use with my 2011 books, if still useable?

I’ve heard that the Wiley CPA books a very comprehensive. So If anyone can give insight as to how the material in both review books are presented will really help me.

I’ve decided not to get any video lectures and just focus on the books and questions this time around.

Anyone know how this merger has affected the multiple choice questions in cpaexcel? If I have cpaexcel online would I have a noticeable amount of new questions from wiley's test bank?

I spoke to an ancient wise man who sent me on a mushroom induced journey through an ancient forest to find the key to passing the CPA exam. A talking spider monkey told me to throw the last of my drinking water in the dirt to find what I was looking for. So I followed his instructions and the following message appeared in the soil:

"Do 5000 multiple choice questions for each section"
