i have the 2010 wiley test bank from yaeger but was wondering what improvements they have made ? how is it compared to gleim test prep`??

The interface is much better…you can do random sets of questions now. The four part has 114 simulations total. It's a big improvement over 2010. I would put it up there with any review software as far as functionality.

I mean – pretty much all software uses the same questions because they are licensed from the AICPA. It comes down to interface and price and Wiley is a great value.

I am using wiley test bank and just today in the morning when it was connecting to the website it would not connect saying that the “ database is read only “ I am trying to get in touch with wiley tech support and just cannot seem to get through , I have been on hold as long as an hour and still counting , do you have any suggestions how I can get in touch with them to resolve this issue

Hi Charlotte,

I had the very same problem a few weeks ago. I ended up uninstalling and re-installing the software and it is okay now, but of course I lost my previous information (tests taken, grading…). What did tech support have you do, if you don't mind me asking?

Charlotte is referring to the online version. I responded to her via e-mail the other day. I had no problem connecting…not sure what was going on.
