Has anybody called customer service? It's always something with them… In my FAR it messed up my schedule planner. In AUD it always opened up at some assessment test I took at the very beginning that I had to click out of and select what i needed before the side task bar went away.

There's a good chance that we will have colonized Mars before Wiley gets their act together concerning their numerous software platform issues. It's really a shame!

Around 900pm last night I started getting error messages on Wiley's website.

It's over 12 hours later and now Wiley has shut down access to their homepage completely.

I wonder if other CPA review courses have lots of problems with their websites as well: Becker, Gleim, etc?

Yeah, I checked the website and it says ALL Wiley Efficient Learning is down.

There has to be a way for us to get some of our money refunded especially the people who paid out of pocket.

I switched to Ninja almost exclusively several months when they were having issues that lasted like 3 days. Their TBS software was marking correct things wrong, as well as the occasional timeout errors. It's amazing they charge $1200+ and still can't make a reliable network.

Yeah I've used multiple CPA review courses and Wiley has the most errors by far. It is very annoying

UGH not able to log into the app on my phone. For some reason, it doesn't recognize my username and PW combo, even though it “works” on the login page on my computer (still brings me to the gateway error page).

Update – We apologize for the issue you are experiencing with the Wiley Efficient Learning platform. The root cause of the issue has been identified as a maintenance process which was running on our servers. We are in the process of implementing a solution and we expect to provide you with an update on resolution time ASAP.
