I’ve studied primarily with Becker for REG for the past 6 weeks and am doing my final 2 week cram/review reworking all of my Becker questions and doing EVERY question in the Wiley Test Bank.
Wiley seems to have an abundance of Questions that weren’t even touched on in Becker materials. Especially when reviewing questions using the Text Link function on the WTB.
I’ve used Wiley materials primarily when I’m having a hard time understanding the way Becker may be explaining a particular topic, which has been very helpful at times. However, I’m starting to wonder if Wiley goes too deep into the topics causing the candidate to get hung up on minutia that is, for test purposes, too detailed.
I noticed this mainly when working Corporate AMT questions in the Wiley Test Bank. Becker seems to keep it to the Adjustments, Preferences, etc. Where Wiley goes into an insane amount of detail. Should I be concerned about this and dive deeper or just do what I’ve been doing i.e. using Wiley for alternative learning/reinforcement of Becker Materials?
