Right I have just about had it with Wiley incorrect mcq errors on 2014 stuff and they were carry over from 2012 book and Java problems are you kidding with 16 hrs ETA I dont need this stress. Have been trying to get in touch with technical support no luck. I am just about ready to kill someone. They are dead.

Chrome does work, IE doesn’t work keeps on saying Wiley has an old certificate so NEW Java is blocking them because of security concerns.

Somebody anybody Help. This is just ridiculous. I dont want to fail because of incompetent people not doing their jobs if JAVA is going to upgrade fix your software.

I am having the same issues in Safari. You have to lower the settings in the Java interface, go to the java site and click check for java and then try Wiley. That's not the real fix, but it worked for me, I don't have time to figure it out.

Hi Finally I got through Wiley after a super stressful afternoon and still stressed. My shoulders are up to ears. This was their response.

Matt M.: After updating to Version 7 Update 51 go to the JAVA control panel click the Security tab and change the Security Level from High to Medium.

Next add these addresses to the exception list.

One more thing I found the Chrome live chat assist faster than the IE and the phone (cell and land line) I was on hold for 25 on both before, then hung tried again. I had all them running and chrome won second login way faster 5 minutes. and there was a timer too.
