I am planning to take REG in May. I was wondering if I can still use 2013 Wiley book or 2014 book (2013 tax laws). Please help me out. Thank you!

If I am reading correct, you are going to take REG in May 2014.

Then you have to follow 2013 laws and rules. Hope I answered your question.
