    Hello

Peoples' scores will be irrelevant to your decision.

Thousands of people pass with Company X, but they may not be for you.

    Instead –

    1. Watch their demos … like them? hate them?

    2. Compare the costs … these courses are probably similar.

Pick the one that works for you.

I failed BEC 4 times using strictly Yaeger CPA (don't care to share my failing scores) and finally passed when I switched to Roger CPA and used all of the NINJA products that Jeff offers. I swear by the NINJA audio for my commute daily. It helps so much to retain information.

Just like Jeff said, you have to choose what is right for you. I personally like Yaeger CPA Review. I like the old style of teaching where you have a professor writing down on a board how to solve a MCQ. It may not be the most fun way to learn but learning accounting really isn't that much fun anyways. So far I've passed FAR and AUD on my first attempt using Yaeger and I'm currently waiting on my REG score. The price for Yaeger is also pretty good compared to others (you can buy it through ebay if you want to save even more $$) and it never expires.I personally LOVE Cindy and I started liking Phil once I got used to him. Hope this helps!

CPAexcel offers a free trial, so try it out for sure. I think most of them do, so you might as well check out as many of them as you can.

    Here's my view on CPAexcel:

    Pros:

Review material was a good representation of what I saw on my exams

Organization (material is separated into small, manageable chunks)

    Textbooks

    Website/software was easy to use

    Free updates and no expiration

    Cons:

Videos (I found that they primarily read off slides and worked out few problems)

    FAR - Feb 2012 - 86
    BEC - Apr 2012 - 85
    AUD - Apr 2012 - 89
    REG - May 2012 - 78
Review: CPAexcel + university review class + NinjaNotes (AUD&REG)

I thought CPAExcel did a terrific job for FAR and AUD. The majority of the questions on the exam were very similar to CPAExcel's. For BEC, I think it needs some work with the COSO section.

I've had a great experience with Yaeger, but I've also never used CPA Excel. My favorite thing about Yaeger is the instructor hotline. If you have any specific questions, I'd be happy to try and answer them.

ok, so it seems some of you have great experience with ninja notes. I looked at Yaeger because I need help in remembering some of the concepts and how to work problems so that is why I think leaning towards Yaeger and another study guide will be helpful. I may take a look at ninja notes! Thanks everyone.
