    REG 2012 Wiley Review Book: pp 333 module 32 E 7 b says:

    “If the principal is partially disclosed or undisclosed, the principal is personally liable regardless of authority.”

    I believed you here and missed question 20,21,22 of that chapter!

    Let’s agree that it’s the agent that is personally liable if the principal is undisclosed.
