What is a good Wiley Test Bank percentage? My highest percentage is currently at 56%, and I am getting kind of nervous since the exam is this coming Saturday.

    56% on REG?? I'd say it's bad. I got over 80% in each topic…more than once…

    FAR: 81 (May 2013)
    BEC: 81 (July 2013)
    REG: 83 (August 2013)
    AUD: 82 (November 2013)
    California CPA since 1/30/14

Interesting. What were some things you did that guided you toward success? Also, any suggestions for the final week before the exam? (I took this coming week off to devote entirely to studying. Also, the link below is a rough outline of my study strategy for REG)

I would say it really depends. Did you get 55% because you kept scoring low (below 50s) at the beginning but started getting higher score recently? If you've been scoring in the 70s recently, you may have a shot to pass.

However here is my experience with wiley: I scored averaged 56% on wiley reg (I did all MCQ using “not seen yet” as selection criteria; I did not redo any of the questions) and got 68 on the actual test.

BEC: average 61% and got 82 on actual

    AUD: average 71% ……….88 actual

    FAR: average 55% ……….67 actual

    Good luck!

I only did practice questions by topic – over and over until I got over 80% and a few days later I did the same MCQs again to make sure I got them right because I understood the theory. I didn't bother with pop quizzes or final practice exams.

    FAR: 81 (May 2013)
    BEC: 81 (July 2013)
    REG: 83 (August 2013)
    AUD: 82 (November 2013)
    California CPA since 1/30/14

Never really had the same plan for final review – usually I'd review my notes, practice MCQ on topics which I did weaker on, and browsed through the textbook (Roger and Becker, not Wiley) just in case I read something that can come up on the exam.

    Good luck!

    @tough_kitty

Sweet, thanks. I'm planning on going over at least 72 MCQ each day (my goal is to try to go 100) as well as flashcards and simulations and go over the topics I'm not doing so well in CPAexcel. Will report back to see if my percentage increases.

it might be a good idea to include all questions when you do a practice session instead of only those not seen yet. its not the quantity of questions that you do but how well you understand the questions and that comes naturally by repeating them and reading the explanations
