Greetings Danny,
I purchased all four sections of Wiley in May of last year for about $355 (w/ tax & shipping). I used Wiley to pass three sections so far, BEC, AUD, & FAR. With the price being almost 70% higher, I probably wouldn't have purchased the Test Bank in the first place. What appealed to me then was the fact that the user interface was the closest you'll ever see when you enter the prometrics center on exam day, so there was no surprise. The practice questions you'll see, is almost identical regardless of what other Test Bank you use. I know because my Wiley subscription recently expired in June and Im currently using Ninja MCQ with some Roger CPA Review.
Like others mentioned, you can purchase one section at any given time for a slightly higher price. At least I can promise you that you wont be looking at the remaining sections until your ready to study for that exam section. So, in a sense your killing your money by purchasing the entire product, when your may not be ready to study for all four sections within that 12 month subscription period. Your other option is to wait for Wiley to announce a price cut in their Test Bank, which may or may not happen.
Its a tough call having so much invested in your study materials, but if your willing to pay a premium to have a Test Bank that resembles the CPA exam on exam day, then go with Wiley. Otherwise, the other Test Banks (the much cheaper Test Banks) are just as competitive. In which case, I highly recommend Ninja MCQ.
