    Wiley Question –

    these questions are super hard

    is the real test similar to this?

    REG- 68, 71, July
    AUD- 61 , 84
    FAR- -- 75 🙂

    This is in the REG forum correct? Thought the Wiley questions helped prepare me very well for the actual exam! Did you do Becker MCQ's first, then moving on to Wiley's? Wiley's were very similar to the exam, and gave me a lot of confidence during the actual exam. Keep plugging!!! Also, try out the SIMs in Wiley, those were pretty good for REG as well. I usually skipped over any SIMs that were asking me to fill in a form. We would only dream to get a SIM that easy, right? Good luck! You got this!

    Also, I bumped my score 20 points and I thank Wiley and note taking for that!

    I didnt do becker mcq first, I jumped right into wiley

    I agree that the Wiley questions are definitely similar to the actual exam. Just keep working those questions, it will come in handy on exam day.

    The ones from the Wiley book will pop up online. I did the book ones and am doing the wiley test bank online and am seeing them again.

    Wiley is kicking my butt for sure…..I'm in tears over here cause I can't seem to get any of them right…..what is wrong with me???????????????????? I have Audit on Tuesday and I'm starting to really panic!!!!

    Started sitting in May 2002, on and off. But since 2008 I've been nonstop and my scores are....

    Keep your chin up jomarie! I was having a tough time with the ones for BEC on Wiley but I was very happy today during my exam today that I kept working them. The wiley testbank helped a ton! Good luck!!

    I know I am scared of failing again too. Yesterday was my 5th stab at BEC. I can never really tell how an exam went. I didn't want to cry when I left so that is a plus. I felt ok but there were still those questions that made me go, huh!? And I am not sure if its a good sign that woman at prometrics goes to me “o weren't you just here?!” ahhh

    Yeah, I know the feeling. But it's good like you said that you didn't walk out crying. The staff at my prometric know me by name almost. As soon as they see me they say “CPA Exam, right? Which part this time?” ahhhh

    @JoMarie,

    The staff at our prometric calls us on the cell to remind us of our testing date and time….and they know me by name!

    I have been working Wiley for REG and it has been kicking my butt too. It is disheartening. But then I go to Becker and do the supplemental and score much higher…I do think the Wiley questions are tough, but like RMM said, it will come in handy on the exam. I saw on Yaeger's website that they had a blog radio broadcast (1 hour) on Audit the other night. It was Phil and Gary. I fell asleep listening to it last night (yep, it put me right to sleep!), but I was hoping they might shed some light on testing strategies, etc. The link is :https://www.blogtalkradio.com/yaeger/2011/10/20/lets-talk-cpa-exam

    There were lots of people raving about Gary on the forum, he is the Audit guru, so I was hoping he might reveal a trick or two, since it is a tough exam for me. Maybe in your spare time (yeah, right!!!!!!) it might be helpful..just thought I would share it with you.
