Q: Is the Wiley CD ROM the same as the Wiley Online?

Are the questions the exact same? Wiley Test Bank CD ROM vs. Wiley Test Bank Online?

I have asked this question before and the responses I got was Yes, it is the mostly the same however any updates or corrections are obviously made to the online version might not be in the CD version (only makes sense). So, they are MOSTLY the same. However, I have not proven this. Just what I was told.
