so, I ordered what I thought was online access to the Wiley Test Bank for Audit and come to find out I have to wait almost 7 days for a CD to get to me?!?!? and I cant cancel the order now even though I placed the order last night when they were closed…

ugh… wish it would have said somewhere on their website that it is a CD not instant online access!

yep.. saw that right after I purchased what I thought was the same Bleeping thing…. that is why I asked to cancel the order and they wouldnt let me.

Jeff, I am on the phone with Wiley and say that even if i bought it off of your website, I would have to wait for a CD before I would have access to the test bank!!

Well, when you buy the CD, you get a code that gives you access to their site.

Essentially, I purchased the CDs and loaded the codes into my shopping cart vs mailing them to you.

I've been selling Wiley for awhile at a discount and I think my banners deliver that message (maybe not?) … you purchased it through them so sounds like you'll have to let them help you, unfortunately.

@Smbundy13 please post here if you have any issues with Customer Service processing your refund. We'll work with Customer Service to clarify how they explain Wiley Online Test Bank sales on Another71.com — they should not describe it as a mailed CD since Jeff has gone to the effort to provide immediate delivery of the PIN via email.

well, I am waiting on the CD to be delivered but I have not received a tracking number and “my account” on wiley website says I have never ordered anything from yall…. so, I will return the unopened CD when I get it and let you know if I have any troubles….

it was just a miscommunication in regards to the fact that the wiley website never stated that I would have to wait on a CD.. it just says wiley test bank….

Edit: my account page does show my order but it says “ready to be shipped” I was told yesterday morning that it has been processed and was supposed to be out for shipping and that is why I couldnt cancel my order… what is going on?!?!

can I cancel my order without having to spend additional money on return shipping? or do I have to suffer for the lack of information on the Wiley website?

not trying to get anything for free at all, just a hassle I could do without currently.

@Smbundy13 I hear you. Talked to the Customer Service team about this today. We'll update the copy on our site to clarify it's a physically shipped item. In terms of the return they can't credit you until they have the item back (which I know is not ideal for you but it is the way our Returns system works). I'm happy to comp you a free item for your troubles.

I appreciate the gesture to comp me something but I don't really need anything right now (besides a passing Audit score in April)…

I do have a question for you though. I am trying to use the online test bank to study simulations right now and am having trouble with the simulations not loading. what do i need to do? i have had it trying to load for the last 20 minutes at least. this is after i did a set of 30 questions.

scratch that question @Wiley… Jeff clued me in on the fact that i needed to setup the Java plugin on my laptop.. now it is working fantastically.
