    Hello.

My Becker BEC 2010 just expired. I have Becker BEC 2011 flash cards and the Wiley 2012 BEC book on my kindle. I really would like to find cost effective software that I can practice multiple choice questions offline.

    1. Do any of you have recommendations?

    2. Do you have any feedback on Wiley Test Bank software?

    Thank you in advance,

    Carrie

I feel like the wiley testbank software is really similar to the questions in Becker.

Wiley Online Test Bank. Definitely worth it.

I got Wiley to supplement multiple choice questions, and personally, I don't like Wiley. A lot of the questions were exactly what was already in Becker. 2012 has a lot of errors in Wiley, and the format is horrible (I like in Becker being able to see the explanation for the correct and incorrect questions each time I do a question – in Wiley you have to click on each selection to see the explanation. A lot just say to refer to the correct answer for an explanation. Also, clicking on each question until you get the correct question gives you a 100%, so it's not a true gauge to see how you are doing).

Not sure what else there is out there, but I would suggest trying something else. I have heard the Becker final review is good and has extra lectures and multiple choice, I didn't get this though. And I just took BEC on Friday, I wouldn't say that the Wiley test bank gave me any extra help over Becker. But again, this is just my opinion, you may feel different.

Also, Wiley is just online as far as I know. I believe you will be able to use it offline in a release they will have in May.

The Wiley test bank that was thinking about comes on a CD for about $60. I assumed I could practice without going online. I also saw the online options for Wiley test bank too.

Thank you all for the input.

Try Gleim's testbank. I've passed two so far after failing using Gleim to strenghten weak areas and get familiar with how questions are worded.

    FAR Passed
    REG Passed
    AUD Passed
    BEC Passed

All aboard, this train's leaving. Next stop, TBD!

Wiley licenses their questions from the AICPA and it costs less than $100.
