Not sure if I misread it but I think there was a end of 2011 special that said you can get free flashcards with your purchase of Wiley software or ninja notes.

it says –

So I would assume you have to email Jeff about it?

There was a link in the purchase receipt. But I only got access to the notecards. Im not sure how to gain access to the wiley online test bank. I emailed jeff for instructions. Hopefully ill hear from him soon
