Wiley Question –
Hey all. Studying FAR in CPA Excel as we speak, it”ll be my first CPA exam.
The software is overall pretty good, but I don’t like the testing format. I prefer to do the questions within the units in ‘Study Mode’, as I can see what I’m doing wrong and improve as I go through a set. If I do the questions in exam mode, if I’m doing something wrong I won’t know until I’ve answered all 15 or 20 questions, and it feels like a waste of time.
Then, once I finish study mode, it’s kind of pointless to do the questions in exam mode since I know the answers from just seeing them. I copy and paste all my wrong questions into a word document, so I can track my progress in study mode. I still feel like I’m doing something wrong by not getting a unit to turn to green, but I just don’t see the point.
Thoughts?
