Is there a difference between Wiley CD test bank and Wiley Online test bank?

When I purchased Yaeger I received the Wiley testbank on a CD. I see a lot of people on here using the online testbank. Is there a difference between the online version and the CD? Are the MCQs and TBS the same?

The big difference is the online version auto-updates for 2012…the cd version doesn't. Content is the same.
