I have been hitting high 70s/low 80s in Wiley, depending on the topic (overall, I am at a 79.) However, I just took the sample exam from CPAExcel and received a 73. My MCQ were at 66%! In comparison, my final review exam score for Regulation was an 83 with my MCQ at 90% (and I got an 89.)

I have got to pass this exam. I cannot look at this material again; I am so sick of it!!! What’s ironic is that my computation problems were almost entirely correct, which seems to be what most people complain about. I like math. I like computation problems (especially cost and variance analysis.) I just keep missing these stupid concept questions!

I can’t put the exam off at this point, since I am scheduled to take it Monday. I just have to go in there and hope for the best. I am NOT happy about the prospect of not passing, though!!!! What can I do between now and Monday to possibly give me the points I need to pass?

If you've got $$ buy ninja notes asap and use as final review. They obviously don't replace study materials but are condensed enough that you can review over the weekend. Used these for audit a day before the test and it sort of ties everything together. Also, don't stress about your mcq scores, go over the ones you're getting wrong. When I go through them some I just don't know, but some I just misread the question (RTFQ as people on here post).

I can't afford the ninja notes right now. 🙁 I do plan to get them for FAR, though!

I need to re-write my notes in the areas that I don't know as well.

I have some of my own notes I can send you. No guarantees they are correct or anything, but if it helps I can send them. Instead of re-writing at this point, try to go through and understand the concepts and re-do weak area questions. Let me know.

73% is by no means a bomb… you are doing good. Take a look at the area's that you didn't get correct and do the MCQ there until you puke.It should show you your problem area's, if you aren't getting that content, watch the lecture again then do the study questions.
