Wiley Question –
I contacted tech support because my BEC wasn’t available in the 2012 system (but was in the 2011 system.) They can’t help me because I didn’t order from them and I can’t give them an order #. So, basically their screw-up in not transferring it over will cost me $99!
UUGHHH! How can they not look up the registered account I have?!?!? He said to get him proof that I purchased it and he will give me a new PIN, but (a) I don’t have proof, and (b) they should be able to look it up because I am registered!!!!
