I am FURIOUS with Wiley right now!

    Wiley Question –

    I contacted tech support because my BEC wasn’t available in the 2012 system (but was in the 2011 system.) They can’t help me because I didn’t order from them and I can’t give them an order #. So, basically their screw-up in not transferring it over will cost me $99!

    UUGHHH! How can they not look up the registered account I have?!?!? He said to get him proof that I purchased it and he will give me a new PIN, but (a) I don’t have proof, and (b) they should be able to look it up because I am registered!!!!

    Okay, I found the thread on here where the Wiley rep told me to email him in order to get this fixed. (It was in the thread where everyone was complaining about the 2012 version. LOL) I emailed him; I hope this will get me access somehow.

    Yes, I did. I registered the PIN you sent me and have used the BEC in the 2011 system multiple times. I just don't want it to go away when they discontinue 2011.

    Any help you can give me would be great.

    Well, I would give them your original pin I gave you and tell them you bought it from another71 maybe.

    I'm not exactly sure what the protocol is, but i can send an email Monday…I'm guessing customer service is off for the weekend.

    So – just so I understand – the software doesn't work at all?

    My REG works in 2012. The BEC is grayed out (like AUD and FAR), so I can't use it.

    I don't have the email with my PIN that I got from you. Do you have a record of PINs you have sold? Then maybe I could try and use that PIN to add BEC in 2012?

    Just wanted to let everyone know that Wiley really came through for me. There was a new PIN in my inbox just now, and I have 2012 access for BEC. Thanks Wiley! (and Jeff!)
