Can someone please suggest how they use Wiley CPA excel, I have the online test bank too. I tried reading their text and I find myself getting more confused, then I tried watching their bite-sized videos, but I find that just the videos are not helpful in answering the questions, because the test bank is much harder then what the videos teach. I have not managed to pass FAR and AUD using wiley, only REG so far but I had prior experience preparing individual taxes. Thanks!

Happygal, I used CPAExcel. I started off skimming through the notes online, reading through the slides which i printed out, then watched some (not all – except for FAR) of the vidoes, took notes when necessary, went over notes/slides. then worked through the MCQ for the section. It took me a while with FAR because I really wanted to have a solid understanding. I used the same method for the other sections except I only watched the videos if I didn't understand a concept in a section. At the end of all that I went over the MCQ I had missed, then used CPAreview for free, used Becker MCQ and also Wiley test bank (for FAR only).

2010:
BEC: 74, 71, 74, 75
AUD: 71, 74, 83
REG: 71, 76
FAR: (I quit) 34, 45

2015:
BEC: 79
AUD: 78
REG: 67, 76
FAR: 56 (trial run), 74, 74, 74, 80!

I've followed the same routine for each exam. I watch all the lectures straight through. Then I go back and read through the book and answer the MCQ section by section. After that I just go through MCQ's from the test bank in groups of 30.
