    Wiley Question –

I was wondering has anyone used CPAexcel, and actually passed the CPA Exam? I used Becker in the past, but I failed REG and BEC. Now I’m trying to save up some more funds, and purchase another prep course. I will probably still use the NINJA Notes and Audio as a supplement to which ever prep course I use next. Any feedback is appreciated.

    REG - 74, Retook 6/10/16, scored a 72 (Hate this exam)
    BEC - 69, 79, 8/1/15
    AUD - 83, 4/4/15
    FAR - 77, 2/27/16

I believe there are people on here who have used CPAexcel and passed. I hope to join that club one day. When I was choosing a review course, I chose CPAexcel because of its no-gimmick be-with-you-until-you-pass policy. Basically, you get continuous free updates until you pass all 4 parts within 18 months. But, I haven't passed a section yet so I can't attest to its success (at least, not yet).

Hi pettytimmy, There is a CPAexcel Study Group…some veterans there…I'm just beginning my journey. Check in there.

Also have had some positive input on Linkedin CPA Exam Candidate Group about CPAexcel.

It is VERY comprehensive and focused on what is important for the exam. However, it takes more time from what I can tell.

I began my CPA journey using CPA Excel and have had a lot of success with it. I failed my first exam (FAR) with a 71, but have loved CPA Excel. I passed REG and AUD on my first try, and hopefully BEC also (come on Aug 2nd!). Definitely check out the CPA Excel Study Group if you have any questions!

I passed using CPAExcel – although I added Wiley testbank for FAR take 2, AUD, and BEC. My first time around I used Becker and hated it – just wasn't the right format for me. I like CPAExcel a lot, but I thought the Wiley testbank questions were better than the included CPAExcel questions. That may change though since Wiley bought out CPAExcel not too long ago.
