    Wiley Question –

Has anyone studied for a FAR retake with CPA Excel? I’m trying to decide between having my FAR section wiped clean so its a blank slate and leaving it with what I’ve done already.

Any thoughts on what I should do? I’m planning on using the WTB to supplement for MCQ’s so I’m not getting them right just because I’ve seen them before….

I'm studying for my FAR retake right now. I'm using CPAexcel to refresh in areas that I know I don't understand well. However, I'm just pounding out MCQs in CPAexcel (on my phone while working) and WTB.

I know a lot of people suggest attacking a retake as if it is the first time you are taking it. But I couldn't bear going back through all of those lessons a second time.

This is the same strategy I used for my AUD retake.

    BEC - 80
    AUD - 64, 75 - credit lost, 90!!
    REG - 73, 74, 83
    FAR - 61, 72, 85

Feels good finishing on my best note. Time to watch the mailbox.

Thanks Latwell – I think I'll probably do the same.

I'm doing FAR retake with CPAExcel. I took it a little over a year ago, so I'm just wiping it clean and starting over. 🙁 Not looking forward to this.
