Wiley Question –

My wife is in law school and swears by “outlines” for exam prep. I am finding that making outlines is taking too much time.

Is an outline necessary when I am using a condensed book (CPAExcel) to study in the first place?

Are outlines a waste of time when studying for a test like the CPA?

I feel like I should be listening to the bite-sized lectures, using the book as a supplement, and getting through the sample exam questions and TBSs.

Any other study suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Looking to take the exam April 1st.

I use CPA Excel and took FAR back in October…got a 71. I retake it on Monday, and this time have supplemented with the NINJA notes and have found them to be very helpful in outlining things for me and really drilling the important concepts.
