CPAexcel – log in issues

    Wiley Question –

    Hi Everyone,

    Did anyone experience log in issues with CPA Excel. For the past couple days I’ve been getting “500 internal server error” messages when trying to launch the course. First two times I was able to log in and launch the course after waiting 30 min. However, tonight the server has been out since 4 am. (I’m a night owl when it comes to studying for this). I’m somewhat mad that this issue keeps on popping up since it derails my study sessions, especially now when I’m two weeks away from taking Audit. I tried contacting customer support. However, there’s no one there until Monday.

    If you guys could suggest a way to get back into the course work I would appreciate it.

    I finally just got in after several attempts. Try logging on through your history. Might have been just a coincidence but it worked for me.

    Yea, they got it up and running around 9 am. Pretty much wasted 4 hours.
