I cannot find my CPAExcel course on Wiley’s new website???!!!! It’s supposed to never expire until you pass…I am going to be very upset if they got rid of it 🙁

Yes- they are changing the web-site to log on today. If you are logged in go to My products and it shoudl be there to click. I have the video course and there is a blue box that says CPAexcel Video Gold Medal Course- I clicked on that and it took me to the version you are probably used to seeing. Hope this helps or you get help soon!!

I am guessing they are getting slammed because their customer service is beyond terrible right now. live chat operator told me to enter my credentials over and over again even though I explained the page wouldn't load so there was no where for me to enter them. Then I call the customer service line and get a voicemail. They were clearly not prepared for this switch.

Does anyone know how they know when to cut off your access? Do they have some communication with a 3rd party that notifies them once you've passed?

Aw man, sorry you guys are having issues. I just went to the normal login page that I always do and clicked on Login. Then it asked for my email address and I used my usual password. I did notice that it said I have a Video Gold course which I do not, But everything is working fine.
