Wiley Question –

I keep having CPAExcel freeze up while doing the exam problems. Then I have to start over with the subset of questions.

I am getting an error that says “There was a problem retrieving XML data: undefined”

Anyone else experienced this?

I don't have CPAExcel but all I know is that you are going to destroy REG this time around. I just wanted to cheer for you early 🙂

I never had that problem, but have you tried contacting CPAexcel support? A couple classmates said the support was decent (no idea what their issues were, though).

I'm no IT expert, but here are a couple things I'd try:

1. Whitelist cpaexcel.com on your firewall

2. Switch browsers and see if you have the same problem

Yeah Sapper it appears to be a problem reaching their server…maybe high traffic or a timeout.

I fixed it by just using the standalone version installed on my laptop.

I always had that problem. I never used exam mode, but I got that error message in study mode as well…..
