Has Wiley customer support dropped off the A71 website? I’m trying to log into Legacy today and having no luck, when yesterday there weren’t any issues. Is anyone else having this problem?
I’m assuming since I now see NINJA has come out with a new MCQ TB, A71 probably won’t be promoting Wiley TB anymore.. which is totally understandable because of how many issues there are.
This is just so discouraging with the amount of money invested to REPURCHASE Wiley TB at the beginning of the year, only for them to turn around and change the whole system completely, making my studying less efficient. (How ironic that their website is titled “Wiley Efficient Learning”… what a joke)
Sorry to be on such a rant- but today this is feeling is a bit overwhelming. I just want to get my studying done and pass the CPA exam. I don’t want to have to worry about test bank issues when I’m trying to get material down and I have a set schedule. I do much better using test bank than studing out of a book, so I hate that every time I get a on a role w/ Wiley… their system turns around and messes up.
Anyone else share these frustrations? Is there something I missed out on as to why their system is so bad? Are they going bankrupt or something?
Anyway, I’m going to go watch the video on the new NINJA TB. It may just be what I need to help me get back in the game… since waiting around on Wiley to help has proven to be pointless.
