    Wiley Question –

    Hi everyone!

I was wondering how other people approach BEC with CPAexcel? I know some people skip lectures but sometimes I find there are exam notes or tips about the types of questions asked in the past in the lectures that aren’t in the slides/text.

Other than practicing as many MCQs as possible, I’d love to hear some study plans people using CPAexcel have for BEC.

    happy studying!

    AUD: 79
    FAR: 81
    BEC: 8/29/13

Assuming you used CPAexcel for AUD, I would say follow the same study plan for BEC. Personally, I read the study text and skipped the video lectures as I found them to be repetitive. If there was a topic I was unclear on after reading the text, I would watch the lecture for clarification. The Wiley Test Bank was very useful especially when I found myself recognizing the answers to the CPAexcel questions. BEC was different from the other sections in the sense that the topics covered are so broad that it can be difficult to gauge your comfort level with the material. I felt CPAexcel did a great job preparing me for all the sections so just stick with your study plan and do as many MCQ as you can.
