I am thinking about getting the Wiley app for my droid… anyone use it yet? I’d love to hear your thoughts.

I went ahead and bought it… I'll use it for a while and post my thoughts.

I heard it was out dated…? Did they update it for 2011?

It says on the app page in the market “updated for 2011” but when I open it, there is a section for insurance. I thought insurance was a pre-2011 topic. But it has business structure, which was not a pre-2011 topic.

Either way… it looks like a great app. It's basically flash cards in electronic format that you can *star* or search… which you can't do with regular flash cards. That and I always have my phone on me, but look weird carrying 200 flash cards in my pocket.

I'm going to find out if it really IS 2011 material. So far it looks that way. Would seem odd that they introduce it in February 2011 and it doesn't even have 2011 in it.

I had a couple of the apps on my iPhone from 2010 including REG. The apps were updated in February for the 2011 material.

They are definitely updated for 2011. They are very good. It's worth the $35 per section IMO. Especially if those little little nuggets are the difference btw 74 & 75. They contain snippets of the textbook and definitions of key terms & you can add your own now cards now as well.
