I have Wiley Text book & question bank.

Just wanted to know is it sufficient using only Wiley?

Does similar questions from Wiley question bank appear in the exam?

I test BEC on May 9th

I passed Reg using just the Wiley Book and Ninja MCQ. It is completely possible, it just depends on how you study most efficiently. I received WileyCPA with my Masters program, but never watch the videos because I know it is a waste of my time as I just zone the video lectures out.

I also have the Wiley Test Bank, but I feel that the Ninja MC does a better job, as it is adaptive. I fully believe had I not purchased the Ninja MC, I would not have passed.

I did take a similar approach with AUD but don't feel as if I passed, I'll find out May 5th, so if I didn't pass that one I will have to reevaluate my studying method.

    REG: 80 (02/19/16)
    AUD: 83 (04/11/16)
    BEC: 78 (05/28/16)
    FAR: ?

Wiley text book & test bank – yes, definitely sufficient. That's what I used for all 4 of my exams. (I had NINJA Notes & Audio, but used about 1/2 hour of audio per exam, and only used 1/2 hour of notes total for all 4 exams, and used a free Blitz weekend for one exam, but given how small a portion of my study that was altogether, I was basically Wiley-only. No lectures.) I passed all 4 on the first try. The Wiley textbooks are very thorough. Very dull, very boring, but very thorough, so they make up for it. 🙂

Wiley test bank only (which is what the title of the post says) – probably people have done it, but I'd advise against it unless you're already very very strong in the concepts being tested. The test bank is phenomenal review tool, but it's not intended to be a stand-alone learning tool. The textbooks, though, are a great learning took, which when paired with the test bank as a review tool make a great stand-alone CPA prep product.

Getting confused even at the 11th hour as I failed in my first attempt.

Have purchased NINJA. But i find those questions tough. Basically , reference texts to those questions are from NINJA notes. I do not have them so finding it difficult. There are many concepts in NINJA, which isnt there in Wiley.

At this hour, I am getting confused & tensed.

How many questions have you practiced? I did close to 3,000 questions for REG alone. Are you actually reading why you're wrong, or just memorizing answers?

I would write down the correct answer if you miss the question. You can also create a flashcard over the problems you're missing.

You still have a solid week before you take your exam, so I would just hammer out as many as you can everyday. If the Wiley questions are too easy, then maybe Ninja is what you should be focusing on. You've got this, you've just got to push through! Don't get discouraged, I didn't truly understand everything until it was a week or two before my exam. The repetition is what will get you there!

I dont exactly remember the count of questions.

But yes how I do is..read one chapter from Wiley. Solve questions behind each chapter. Then go to the question bank & solve. I do not see the time in which I complete questions. I trust my speed. Speed is not an issue for me.

NINJA is tough. Equally may be good too. But my concern is NINJA gives reference from NINJA notes which I dont have. & NINJA has extra topics which WIley doesnt. SO when I see that, I think have my efforts gone for a toss by going through Wiley.

Any specific.. way.. I should study this entire week ?
