I have 2013 Wiley review textbook & Focus Notes. The textbook includes an additional chapter or so on the new material that will be tested after July 2013. I already took AUD in May and failed. I m planning to take AUD again in the next test window (Jan-Feb 2014) but I m wondering if I should continue using the 2013 review materials or buy the new ones. My main concern is that i may get confused with what I really need to study between old and new material. If i understood correctly, after Jan. 2014 the old GAAS wont be tested. If someone is using Wiley and testing next window, please let me know if you will use your old textbook or decided for the new one.

Your story is my story. I'm buying the new book. So much time and money invested so far, might as well have the advantage of updated materials. If anything its worth the money not to worry about being covered.

@davem, I think i m going to order the new materials as well. I dont want to spend too much time on something that is not going to be on the test, and dont give enough attention to another topic which is important.

I remember when I pre-ordered my textbook for 2013 from Amazon last year, it came around mid December. I dont want to wait that long and waste all this time waiting… If I order the new textbook right now, I still plan to start studying some chapters from the 2013 material until I get the 2014 materials. What about you?

Honestly, I don't think it's worth spending more money on a new book.. The information will be the same.. From what I understand you just need to know whats in the section that says tested after July 2013 and not prior to.

    AUD- FEB 2014
    BEC- APR 2014
    FAR- MAY 2014
    REG- AUG 2014
