Friends, today I started practicing Sims using 2011 Wiley test bank. However, while doing the research Sims I noticed that in some of the questions the Authoritative Literature is incomplete ! This is because the correct answer given for one of the research questions is not there in the Authoritative Literature? Then when I tried to Google for that particular literature I could find it to the specific section in the internet.

Let me explain further, for example for one of the research Sims the correct section was AU 380.35 (Communicating the material misstatements to those charged with governance) ,this answer is given to you wile doing the questions in study mode, however, this particular section (i.e AU 380.35) is completely missing from the Authoritative Literature provided in Wiley on line test-bank.

Did anybody else experienced the same problem with Wiley 2011? Can someone let me know if there are some missing Literature sections with Wiley or am I doing something wrong?!!

    Please help!

Hmm that is weird. I have no idea why that's happening, but I don't think that'll happen in real exam. As long as you are comfortable with research function, you should be fine.

Also, use the research function as much as you can for the Audit SIMs in real exams. Those SIMs come from out of the world and sometimes you're able to find the answers in the lit. Good Luck!

Thanks a lot for the reply dear CPA628. Yeah I am sure this wont happen during the exam but I was wondering how could this be possible with such a reputable software (Wiley) !!!??

No software can replicate the exam or authoritative literature … know the concepts and move on is my advice.

You're wasting valuable time worrying about this.
