Hello another71 family,

This might be a stupid question but does anybody use Surgent CPA course? I just want to see some Surgent CPA Review reviews. The pro and con and maybe success stories

thank you both for your replies and taking the time to respond. I greatly appreciate you making that effort and appreciate the information and advice! Congrats to both of you too for passing the exam.
I'm probably going to be using Surgent in a similar way, Nikki374. I took the assessment but am ignoring the dashboard daily surge and I am watching the lectures and doing MCQs and will be writing down notes on areas that I seem to be struggling with. So far, I actually like the lectures from Liz Kolar and Susan Cox.

I purchased Surgent CPA with a guarantee from their sales people that I could return it at any point and get a full refund. When I asked for the refund today. I was told i am ineligible for the refund. Because of a list of reasons. When I asked point blank about this issue, their agents told me not to worry, that I would get a full refund. Today i am sitting here filling a small courts case. I filled a BBB complaint against the company. And would recommend a different company. Also don't use Wiley CPA, their quality control is worse the Surgent. At least Surgent responded within a day of their issues. Wiley took months to tell me they need more time. But they did give a full refund. I wouldn't choose either.

As for their materials. I had to call and complain on numerous occasions that their books were missing entire pages. They have no quality control on printing. Don't buy the books. as for their online materials, they also have tons of mistakes, wrong answers, missing answers. They have no quality control. If you want proof, I can send it you or just show you.

I have to respectfully disagree with Asad. The Surgent materials were plenty sufficient to pass the exam. I used them almost exclusively in my exam prep. I also did not notice any material or consistent errors with the course. I'd say almost any review course will work, if you put in the time and effort.

A_Rish. But you never dealt with the issue at hand. I was talking about a refund policy. And if you want proof of the missing pages, I can give it to you. Or if Surgent is honest they can give it to you as well.

A_Rish sounds like Surgent employee. Or marketer, hoping to make money by selling their products. Any one who wants proof of what I said. Can just ask. I'll would post an image of an e-mail right here if I could. Showing an e-mail back from Surgent apologizing for their ineptitude. I doubt A-Rish could provide any proof that all their materials are perfect? I doubt it.
