Surgent CPA Review Practice Exam – Ready Score? Hi All!

I have overstudied for the past 2 CPA exams I took, and am taking my exam Wednesday. I’ve been getting in the low 80s consistently on the Surgent CPA Review practice exams, and wanted to know how people found that compared to actual results on the CPA. Has anyone taken the Surgent practice exam, then REG? Did you do better, or worse, on the actual exam?

If I know it’s pretty true to actual, I may be able to take an hour out of my day for pizza tomorrow instead of extra studying! (Planning to do at least 2 hours studying either way)

I'm interested in this too. I took REG on 1/5 after studying with Surgent. I don't feel like my actual score will be anywhere near as good as the practice exams, but we'll see on 2/6.

I took REG, BEC, and FAR with Surgent. I believe my practice tests on REG and BEC were high 70's/low 80's and actual was 84 and 86. So they seemed pretty true to actual. Waiting for 2/6 for FAR.

Yeah, i feel like the mcqs are harder than the exam and the sims can be comparable. I did a lot of MCQs (~3k/section) studying but i felt prepared taking every exam

I'm trying Surgent for the first time with FAR. I like the videos a lot – they seem to have clarified some material that I have missed in the past or had trouble organizing in my head. Some videos I watch on a much faster speed. I really like how they organized them and how they go through examples. The MCQs are good addition to Ninja – I keep switching between the two. Not sure about SIMS – they seem easier than the ones on the exam. Glad to hear @TheImp'sDelight passed several sections with Surgent – that's encouraging. However, I'm not scoring high enough on the practice exams. I'm in the low 70's on average. Exam is this Sunday o_O.
