Hi,

For those who are using UWorld Roger CPA Review… I know that Roger assigns questions in the Wiley textbook for us to work on and provides the Wiley software as well. My question is if I just use the software am I covering the same questions as in the book? I guess I just find it easier and faster to work the problems on the computer so I am not flipping back and forth after every question and “cheating” by seeing the answer to the next question. Any thoughts?

The book and software are different questions. You may occasionally run across a few that are the same but very few. The online test bank and the ipad/droid apps have the same questions.

So would you suggest doing both the book questions and the testbank questions?

I only used the Wiley Testbank, not the book.

Started sitting in May 2002, on and off. But since 2008 I've been nonstop and my scores are....

Ahh thank you JoMarie!! I feel like doing the questions with the book takes a lifetime the software is so much more time friendly.

I did the book one time through, and then for my 2nd/3rd time through, I did the test bank. I know they are not the same questions, but I feel like that got me the extra practice that we're shooting for with that 2nd/3rd run through of the questions.

Plus, I like to try and get all my bars on the bar graph green. I almost make a game out of it. Right now — my REG bar graph is looking really red 🙁

LOL — I've even done 1 or 2 question practice sessions just so that I could see how much it would move my %age for that topic!! 🙂
