Hello all. Long time reader, first time poster. Thank you all for the helpful suggestions from what I’ve seen so far.

I have passed 3 sections and have only regulation left to pass. I’ve failed it twice already (49 and 66 most recently) and I have one more chance to pass it before I’d have to retake the other parts. I’m really trying to get it done in October so I’m all in trying whatever supplements I need to pass.

I’ve used becker and Wiley test bank so far. It raised my score from 49 to 66 but I feel like I just memorize the answers to the mcq and am not learning anything.

I’ve narrowed down my choices to UWorld Roger CPA Review cram or ninja 10 point. Any suggestions? Money isn’t really relevant because I’m willing to pay whatever to pass it this time.

Watch the cram and supplement with NINJA? So…get both?

A lot is on the line, so don't walk into that exam without making it to the review phase of NINJA MCQ and Trending in the 80s.

If money's really no issue, then do what Jeff said and just get both. Otherwise, I'd personally go 10 point combo route-I was also on 3rd try with REG and faced expiring FAR and the 10 point combo got me exactly 10 more points-but usually I see peoples' scores going up even more than just 10 points when they use that.

My plan incorporated both. I failed this exam many times, then I got Roger and supplemented with the ninja notes/testbank and passed all parts on the first try. This method added at least 10 points to every single section I took, I felt overprepared walking into every exam, and that is where you want to be.

If lectures help you learn, Roger might be better, but I personally used the NINJA MCQs and Notes almost exclusively to pass REG (and also AUD). The Notes are a good summary and the MCQs are phenomenal at explaining things in depth. I used Roger and the WTB for BEC and had many MCQs on that exam that seemed to come out of nowhere but I didn't have that problem for REG, AUD, or FAR.

It sounds like you definitely need another test bank, and I don't think Roger Cram comes with one. So you have to get Ninja MCQ for sure, and I think having the rest of the 10 Point Combo should be very helpful. My favorite is Ninja Audio (I keep a CD in my car and listen to it at all times while driving), but they're all really good and help you focus on those must-know fact nuggets.

If watching Roger's videos will help you nail the concepts, then get Roger Cram, too. Just be sure to watch his videos on YouTube to make sure you can work with his teaching style before you buy. I think it's great, but not everyone does.

Some fresh material is probably just what you need.

I'm in a similar boat with you. My recommendation would be both. It can't hurt to be overprepared 🙂
