Like everyone else, I have been having trouble with the UWorld Roger CPA Review site for a few days now. The site worked ok for a few hours on and off yesterday, but when I used the Back arrow, the site when down for “scheduled site maintenance.” Although it thanked me for my patience, I am running short on it. This morning I was able to log in to my dashboard but could not access the AUD section. Any updates from anyone else out there on what they are experiencing? If you have contacted the site, what was the response? Is a refund even an option? I am on the last study section of Roger and have a deadline for studying and, at this point, would like to switch to another review course to wrap this up. Any feedback is appreciated!

I am having the same problem and I have had it!!! I was in it for a few hours yesterday but today I really need to study for 8 hours. Been fine since 9am but now its not working. I did a see note this morning that there would be planned maintenance from 11pm to 3am…..

My test is the day after memorial day and I only have a month (with working full time) to study. I am bout 50% through.

Has anyone been successful with the Roger site? I left it for a few hours and gave it a chance to come back on. The video worked for the first few minutes, then froze. I used the back button and now I get audio with a frozen video. Is anyone having success with the site?

I'm having trouble with the videos on the Roger website. I cannot access the site at all using my ipad. Using desktop pc, the audio cuts out about 1/3 of the way into it. The response they give to my emails is a canned customer service reply. Really getting frustrated…. Anyone heard of an update/new info?

The Roger site is awful!! The site went down the ENTIRE WEEK of my FAR exam. Couldn't access any of the MCQ and it seems to only allow me to access the MCQ every now and again for BEC. I'm real close to calling and letting them have a piece of my mind. This is ridiculous, this shouldn't happen when you are charging people hundreds of dollars to use your product!

They also give me false hope that I'm 200% done with lectures but in reality I'm like 50% of the way through

I just purchased the Roger Cram and now my lectures have disappeared. My exam is in 31 days. This is awful.

I just purchased the CRAM course for REG from Rodger last week and it was working fine Friday… Now I go to get on it today and its not even an option on my dashboard! Anyone know or heard anything? Thanks.

Same thing just happened to me Meagan. When I log into the dashboard it shows no course for me at all. My friend said she was having the same issue with her regular lecture as well. Must be site wide. Which sucks for those of us ready to study.

You guys need to either try to clear out your cache (look up how to do it with whatever browser you're using) or use private browsing with Chrome, Firefox, etc and try logging in. I had the same problem so I ended up just going into private browsing mode and haven't had issues since.
