Find the interactive practice questions for contracts, chapter 13, to be awful> Everything else for UWorld Roger CPA Review has been great for all of the exams, but it feels like the questions on this one topic are worded very poorly, have answers that sometimes contradicts other answers, and a lot of them are based off of things that aren’t even taught in the material. I had one question where the correct answer was some term that was never mentioned in any of the lectures, and I even went back and did a control find function. Everything else for me has gone really well with REG, but this one chapter just seems off with the questions. The material I understood but the questions are just poor. Anyone else experience this?

Hey Nate,

I just saw 13 – Contract Law, and I'm pretty sure I remember feeling the same way as you when I first went through it. I got NINJA so that has helped alot. I'm assuming your test is any one of these days, if the Roger test bank is not working I think it's worth it to get the NINJA and blast through some business law (has over 600 blaw questions), good luck

My test is on Saturday morning so I'm not sure if I'll get the Ninja questions, probably too late. I'm doing good on every other chapter, it was just that one chapter where I felt like the questions weren't written well. Despite that, I feel like I have a good grasp, so I'll probably bank on that contract law (excluding section 14, contracts for the sale of goods which I'm doing good at) won't be on the exam very much, and when it does show, that what I do know well about it will carry through. Glad I'm not the only one who felt that way though. Thanks!
